GENERAL
Sally is an experienced integrated marketing professional whose work spans profit and nonprofit industries on both the agency and client side. For over eighteen years she has been involved with the development of strategy, execution and measurement of marketing plans along with the creation of new brands and campaigns. She has launched products from complex subsidized healthcare plans to race cars.

SPECIALIZATION
Sally recently relocated from Boston where she played a central role in the landmark healthcare reform in Massachusetts by launching the Commonwealth Care product and the expansion of Medicaid for Network Health. As Director of Acquisition for the managed care organization, she tapped into her channel experience to develop the right mix of Web, advertising, partnerships and outreach to successfully access the hard to reach multilingual, low-income audience. She also led the effort to redefine the Network Health brand during its growth from a single product company to a multi-product company positioning it well for future expansion.

BACKGROUND
Prior to this work, she was at Digitas, LLC for over five years where she helped launch various new brands for GM, including the GMC Yukon, Yukon Denali, Grand Prix and GTO. As one of the marketing team leaders, she managed eight brands within the GM portfolio working with cross-capability teams from all levels and disciplines within the agency. Sally also managed the global loyalty program for Intercontinental Hotel Groups. At Digitas, she was able to develop and deploy large scale marketing plans that utilized a wide variety of channels and large audiences to test and learn to not only acquire new customers, but keep them.

Previous to her time at the agency, Sally was in a business development position for Harvard Vanguard at one of their multispecialty nonprofit health centers in Boston, MA. Her business plan for the urban health center was fueled by consumer insight and market research and centered on matching unique services with community needs to achieve market share and patient retention objectives.  She also worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, an HMO in Boston, where she led a marketing analyst group.

Sally is currently a freelance marketing consultant in the Annapolis area where she is excited to deliver effective solutions for new clients and audiences.
