Mr. Pulliam has for over 30 years of expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, serving at many levels. He has been a Motivational Speaker and has trained many organizations on Healthcare issues. He has seen the political process from both sides and is adept at consulting on a variety of issues ranging from Adult Medical/Daycare to pharmaceuticals.

BACKGROUND
After completing school at Frostburg State University, Mr. Pulliam has had extensive experience with the Maryland Legislature since 1984. In 1984, he served as a Legislative Aide and worked closely with the Environmental Matters Committee. Mr. Pulliam went on to have a very successful career in the Pharmaceutical Industry, where he has received numerous awards and recognition by his peers.

Many levels of leadership in the following areas: Management ,Community Relations, Nursing Homes, Formulary issues-State and Federal, VA issues, Regulatory issues, Training on Medicare and Medicaid re Pharmaceutical Industry. Maintained a longstanding, strong, and well respected position with the Maryland General Assembly’s elected officials.
